WHEN WE PLACED OUR ORDER FOR AN ITEM WE REALIZED IN 10 MINUTES THAT WE DID NOT NEED THE PART. WE IMMEDIATELY CALLED AND WERE TOLD THAT THEY WOULD CREDIT MY CREDIT CARD AND NOT SEND THE PART. THAT DID NOT HAPPEN. THE PART SHOWED UP AT OUR OFFICE. WE HAVE CALLED SEVERAL TIMES TO GET A RETURN LABEL TO SEND IT BACK AND CREDIT BACK MY CREDIT CARD. NO RESPONSE. I HAVE ALREADY STOPPED THE CHARGE WITH AMEX AND TOLD THEM WHY. THE PART IS STILL HERE--IT IS YOUR. IF YOU WANT IT BACK CONTACT THE OFFICE AND SEND US A RETURN LABEL.
