Finally received my order of a splashdown. It was the correct item, but defective. The inner plastic tube that extends to the water’s surface comes completely out of the telescoping tube. Everything else works and can be installed, but useless when top tube falls out. Please replace!! I’ve gone through AZ pool supplies, AA Manufacturing , and Pentair. Everybody refers me to someone else, who then never contacts me!! Call me, Steve Grimstead @(940)781-2204….
