I ordered my parts early in the day and paid heavily for overnight shipping. I received a call later that day and was told it wouldn't go out until the next (Thursday). On Friday I called for tracking and found out it wouldn't ship until the following Monday. The person on the phone was rude, I was still charged overnight fees even though I didn't receive my part for 5 days. If you can't ship overnight don't advertise or charge for. overnight
