Does not fit, prongs not shaved down as in image.

The product image shows the prongs shaved down to almost a point, the item I received had a very shallow †flat sideâ€, does not fit into cleaning head openings. It's too wide as the prongs are not shaved down enough. So disappointing, no test fit QAQC as part of the manufacturing process? It's 2 metal bits seated in plastic, how does one botch this.... Ugh can't post photos either? If it worked or was replaced would change my rating.
