AA Pool Products.com stands behind the integrity of the merchandise that is sold and strives to offer customers only the best and most reliable quality parts at the best price available.

New & Unused (no visible manufacturer defects) items may be returned under the following conditions:
- Dissatisfaction
- Exchange
- Shipping Error

Orders/items may not be returned under the following conditions:
- Manufacturer defect after use
- Manufacturer defect (such as visible damage) before use
- Dissatisfaction after use
- Exchange after use

AA Pool Products.com does not sell refurbished or used merchandise; all parts come directly from the manufacturer or an authorized distributer.

As such, AA Pool Products.com does not accept returned used or defective merchandise as AA Pool Products.com does not have the means to repair or re-sell said items.

RMA:
A AZ Pool Supplies, Inc. Customer Service Representative must approve and issue an RMA for all returned items.

At the time of delivery, AZ Pool Supplies, Inc. will refuse any parcel that does not have a valid RMA visible on the outside of the parcel.

AZ Pool Supplies, Inc. reserves the right to not process any products returned without a valid RMA number.

SHIPPING:
AA Pool Products.com offer’s customers excellent pricing, as such, the cost of a return ship label is not added into the price of the order. This means that the returning party will be responsible for all shipping costs on any items returned do to dissatisfaction or exchange.

AA Pool Products.com is not a delivering party and therefore is not responsible for returned items lost in transit. You must obtain a tracking number from the delivering company and follow up with that delivering company in the case that shipped items are lost.

INSPECTION:
All returned items are subject to inspection before a return credit or exchange can be approved.

DISSATISFACTION:
If you are not 100% satisfied with your new and unused (non-defective) purchase, AA Pool Products.com will refund any purchase within 30 days of item receipt.

All returns due to dissatisfaction will result in a 20% restocking fee.

All products must be in their original, unmarked manufacturer packaging and include all parts, accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the product.

EXCHANGE:
Restocking fees will be waived if the item(s) is exchanged for an item(s) from any AZ Pool Supplies, Inc. owned website. You can find all are site links at AZ Pool Supplies, Inc.

SHIPPING ERRORS:
In the rare event that the item(s) received is not the same as what was ordered, AA Pool Products.com must be notified within 10 days of the date of delivery.
